Welcome to Port Erin Hotels - a local hotel group with extensive experience in dealing with coach groups since 1982. The 3 Star Port Erin Royal is situated on Port Erin Promenade overlooking the full expanse of the beautiful bay. It has 80 en-suite bedrooms of which nine have sea views.

Goldstar Travel Services, our in-house Tour Operator, can arrange flight packages from a number of regional airports and information/advice on ferry travel options.They can also provide assistance with all aspects of your tour arrangements on the Island. Coaching and ground handling is available if you decide not to bring your own coach on the ferry or if you opt for the time saving option of travelling by air.

A full porterage service is provided by the Royal so clients do not handle their baggage once they arrive at the hotel. Individual tables are provided within the resturant and a regular entertainment programme normally commences at 8/8:30pm.

Group Travel Options

Here are some of the options available to you:

• By Sea with your own Coach - Heysham Port sailings only
• By Sea but without own coach - Heysham or Liverpool sailings
• Coach Packages by air (coach air/shuttle) - fly from a number of regional airports

On-Island Coaching Arrangements are available - hotel transfers and Island tours are available for your party using a local fleet of modern coaches. Packages available.

Accommodation

Thr Royal Hotel has 80 en-suite bedrooms so we can offer a good range of prices, services and facilities. All bedrooms are en-suite with television, radio, direct dial telephone, hospitality tray, central heating, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. All bedrooms have a full bathroom - some with bath only, many with bath and overhead showers, and a few with only walk-in showers.

Room Allocations for Groups

The usual room allocations provided for coaches and groups is:

A single room for the Driver is provided free of charge, usually subject to a minimum of 25 passengers.

We have room layouts of all types varying from compact singles, twins and doubles to a few triples, family rooms and family suites accommodating up to 6 persons in 2 adjoining bedrooms with shared bathroom. Some disabled friendly facilities are available but access to the main bar is via a few steps.

Night Security and Fire Patrols are carried out each night with a weekly daytime staff fire practice. Free coach parking is available at the hotel. A reel hose is available for washing down your coach by accessing the outlet by the adjacent Manx Mews self-catering property.
