Functions & Conferences
Port Erin Hotels can offer a wide range of facilities to make your function, conference, wedding, birthday or seminar a great success. Our Function Management Team have many years of experience and can help and advise on all aspects of planning and preparation including table layouts, chair layouts, table decorations and entertainment. Our Functions Admin Manager will deal with the Administration of your event from initial enquiry to final billing.
At Port Erin Hotels we can cater for parties ranging in size from 40 to 200 in a range of venues set out below:
Support facilities can be provided for meetings, seminars and conferences - hire charges on request. Additional, smaller function rooms are available for club meetings or small seminars. Accommodation for your party can be provided on a bed and breakfast basis at specially discounted rates. A door-to-door coach service is also available - please enquire. We can also arrange, at cost price, evening entertainment and any necessary licence extensions.
